Here, you will find dynamic works of art in form of paintings, photos, ceramics and drawings, all brought to you by your fellow campus artists. Drop by the Visual Arts Center to help your creative peers celebrate a degree’s worth of hard work.
“The Drowsy Chaperone”

You’re invited to witness a blast from the past at SCC’s production of “The Drowsy Chaperone.” In this Tony-winning comedy, an unnamed protagonist imagines his favorite 1920’s musical coming to life in his apartment the moment he puts the needle on the record. Soon, the characters appear in his living room — and as he indulges the audience with his own commentary and quips about the show, the result is a touching tale of nostalgia told through a lively mix of song, dance and laughs. Tickets: $12-20.
SIFF 2019 Opening Night: Film Scholarship Benefit Party

The Seattle International Film Festival is back, and with it comes an an exciting pre-show party that you can partake in right here at the campus theater. The purchase of one ticket grants you access to exclusive offers such as wine tastings, refreshments and a meet-and-greet with photo opportunities. All of this will precede a screening of the Sundance award-winning film “Brittany Runs A Marathon,” with proceeds going toward the Performing Arts and Digital Filmmaking Scholarship to benefit SCC students. Student Afternoon Recital

Help our college’s music program go out with a bang at this year-end afternoon of song. Here, a variety of works will be performed just for you as SCC’s musicians-in-the-making gain a taste for the stage by presenting their skills before an audience. As if a day of melody wasn’t good enough, this open-invite recital comes at no cost to you.
