Shoreline Community College hosted its annual career fair on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, from 11:30 pm-1:30 pm in the Main Dining Room.

The event was organized by the Career Center and featured around 50 employers engaging with students.

Employers were seated closely at tables, offering branded swag and printed job listings for attendees.

Notable companies such as Boeing, YMCA, Fred Hutchison, and EvergreenHealth participated, with many focusing on hiring Science, Technology, Engineering and Math majors.

“The career fair was not helpful for students studying Computer Science majors.” a student pursuing the Computer Science degree said.

Most positions required U.S. citizenship or a green card.

Students had opportunities to network and explore career paths, speaking directly with recruiters about available positions.

To enhance the experience, the fair included a scavenger hunt, a professional headshot booth, and a resume feedback station, providing helpful resources for job seekers.
