Set in the dark underbelly of 1800’s London, The Threepenny Opera follows the story of Macheath (Mack the Knife) in a thrilling tale of greed, love, crime and survival. Based on The Beggar’s Opera, this biting satire brings the post-war rise of capitalism to life. Tickets are $12.00 for SCC students online and at the door. Best of 2019 Conscious Cartoon Series Screening

The Library (Winter Drama Production)

7:30 p.m., March 12-14, 3 p.m., March 15; Black Box Theater

SCC’s production follows Caitlin Gabriel as she struggles to tell her story after surviving a deadly school shooting. However, alternative narratives gain traction in local media and paint her in a different light. This chilling drama asks us to examine our relationship with the truth and the lies that claim to heal us. Refreshments available. No children under 5 allowed. Not recommended for ages 12 and under. Tickets: $10.

Piano Juries
