Speaker Begone
Oct. 29, Library
This was witnessed by a staff member from the Ebbtide.
A woman was in a quiet corner of the SCC Library when loud music was played from a hidden source coming from the stack of books.
Two male students a short distance away jumped up. “She took my speaker,” one of them said. The two students then followed the woman until she went into the bathroom.
Upon the woman leaving the bathroom, the students asked for their speaker, but did not get it back from her. The students followed the woman outside and told SCC security as the woman walked away.
Security later recovered the speaker from a SCC bathroom.
